Refund Policy

1. In-App Purchases

BabyCheck uses the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for all payments and subscriptions. As such, Nexustech does not directly handle financial transactions or have the ability to issue refunds directly.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must request a refund directly from the store where you downloaded the app.

For iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Tap or click "I'd like to."
  4. Choose "Request a refund."
  5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  6. Choose the BabyCheck app, then choose Submit.

For Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Go to the Google Play Order History.
  2. Find the order you want to return.
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and choose the option that describes your situation.
  4. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
