By downloading or using the BabyCheck app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

BabyCheck provides barcode scanning and AI-powered analysis of baby products to help parents make informed decisions. The app uses third-party databases and AI technology to generate safety ratings and recommendations.

3. Important Disclaimers

The information provided by BabyCheck is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

AI Accuracy: The analysis provided by our AI systems (Google Gemini & OpenAI) is generated automatically. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). Always verify critical safety information with official product labels and manufacturer guidelines.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

BabyCheck may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The BabyCheck app, including all trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to Nexustech.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
